Merrydown Regatta 2023
It was one of those weekends weather wise for the Merrydown Regatta 2023 . Frustratingly light on Saturday and lightening and storms on Sunday .Well done to PRO Martin Harrison for getting racing in for the MOCRA, Squib , Fast and slow handicap out in the tidal solenton Saturday and to Hilary Martin and Steve Warren Smith for ensuring the Scows and novices did some racing inshore .
Huge thanks to all volunteers ashore and afloat and to our hospitality team for a fun Regatta weekend .
A special mention to Nevill Hall for presenting the Merrydown trophies and to SHS for its continued sponsorship .
