Spring sailing talk : First steps to racing. Martin Bedford takes us through the basics

HAVE YOU WISHED YOU COULD GET OUT ON THE WATER AND JOIN IN OUR RACES BUT NOT FELT CONFIDENT?

If you answered 'yes', then come along to the club on Wednesday 10 April when Martin Bedford will demystify the basics of racing at the club (and elsewhere!).

Don't let a lack of sailing experience put you off! So long as you know what happens when you waggle the stick at the back, you're good enough! Racing is by far the quickest way of improving sailing skills and every one of us started off knowing very little and we've all got more to learn.

This evening isn't just for those taking part in adult sailing (which starts on 22 May) but for ALL club members.
