| Directions on land From either Newport or Ryde take the A3054 towards Wootton. Follow the directions for the car ferry terminal at Fishbourne. The club is located on Fishbourne Lane adjacent to the Wightlink Fishbourne ferry terminal. The driveway is immediately before the ferry entrance. Directions from the sea The RVYC welcomes visiting Yachtsman, you may moor your boat alongside the pontoon for a short stay or overnight. The club is situated at the mouth of Wootton Creek next to the Wightlink ferry terminal. Please note that the moorings in the mouth of the creek are private as are the seasonal National Squib moorings to the east of the RVYC race box. The Squib moorings will not take the weight of a cruiser. Anchoring in the mouth of the creek is also not permitted. Pontoon berth charges can be found here You can pay your mooring fees at the bar, or if the club is closed please drop it in the letterbox at the side of the club entrance. You are welcome to use the club facilities, showers are available. The nearest shops are at Wootton Bridge, about half an hour walk.
