Saturday Sailing
The Club’s popular Saturday Open Sailing sessions will continue this year, from May to September:
15 May: 1200-1500 (HW 1301)
5 June: 1600-1900 (HW 1812)
12 June: 1100-1400 (HW 1159)
19 June: 1600-1900 (HW 1750)
3 July: 1500-1800 (HW 1634)
24 July: 1100-1400 (HW 1119)
31 July: 1400-1700 (HW 1521)
7 August: 0930-1200 (HW 0936)
21 August: 1000-1300 (HW 1016)
28 August: 1300-1600 (HW 1416)
11 September: 1300-1600 (HW 1408)

Open Sailing is the perfect opportunity to get out on the water just for fun, without the pressures of racing, secure in the knowledge that patrol boat cover is at hand should you need it.  Great for anyone who wants to get some more time on the water for practice, or just to enjoy a sail with friends or family.
 
Stay at the Club for a meal too; lunch is available from Gail Force Catering between 1230 and 1500, and evening meals on Saturdays from 1830 to 2100.

A variety of Club boats are available to hire for Open Sailing including: Optimists / Toppers / Picos / a Laser / Fevas /  a Bahia / Squibs. Hire charges are £5. per person. Club boats can be booked up to a week in advance through the Club Manager Mr Jon Dyer, telephone 01983 882325.
 
Please note, boat hire by temporary members or guests of members must be approved by a Flag Officer in advance of the day boat hire is required.
