TO A SUCCESS We have had some tremendous feedback from our guests. Many have commented on the warm and kind welcome that they have received in the club. They will be talking for quite a while about all the good things, the boats, the welcome, the BBQ, ice cream, cakes, tombola and the sunshine and just how much they enjoyed the Royal Victoria Yacht Club.

numbers: 130 visitors 60 boat trips Over 200 individual boat rides given Over 90 shore based and 34 water based volunteers 250 servings from the BBQ 800 plus cups of tea, coffee & squash £280 raised by the tombola team Over £100 raised from BBQ, competitions 300 free portions of top quality Minghella ice cream 300 free individual cakes sponsored by Rich’s Cakes. Excellent support from Gail as usual. Over 1000 volunteer hours on the day!! Another day the Club can be proud of! |
