OPEN EVENTS AT THE ROYAL VICTORIANEXT EVENT 2008 RVYC REGATTA 12th and 13th July The Regatta The Regatta is open to all competitors that are members of an RYA affiliated club. All the information you need to enter and take part can be found in the links below. Entry to the Regatta also includes entry to the Regatta party on Saturday evening straight after racing. The Party The Regatta party will begin as you come off the water, the theme this year is a beach party! Come dressed appropriately! If you are not racing you can purchase party tickets from the bar, £5 Adults, £2 Youth. Details will be posted here as soon as they are confirmed. RVYC FROSTBITE SERIES The start of the RVYC Frostbite Series will start on the 26th October. Details will be posted here as soon as they are confirmed. PAST EVENTS 2008 LASER SOUTH COAST GRAND PRIX The Royal Victoria Yacht Club will be hosting a round in the Laser South Coast Grand Prix series on the 26th April 2008. The staple diet of the Laser sailor, bacon rolls, will be available in the morning, hot food will be available after racing. If you miss it there is a garage forecourt you can turn round in a few hundren yards on the left. YOUTH ISLAND GAMES SELECTION EVENT The Royal Victoria Yacht Club will be hosting the selections for the Youth Island Games 2008 to be held in the French Caribbean Island of Guadalupe. The selections will take place over two weekends on Saturday, 8th and 29th March. The selection criteria and entry documents can be downloaded by clicking on the following links.
